Summary:
The Junior Total Skills School is designed for athletes ages 6-11 who desire intensive and in-depth instruction in the skills and psychology of softball!
Training sessions will be similar to those of a college pre-season but geared to the junior age group.
Instruction includes hitting, bunting, base running, sliding, fielding, throwing and positional defensive play. ​
Competitive events are included throughout the sessions.

Gear:
All pitchers will be given a T-shirt to be worn during camp.

Dinner:
Pizza, Water, & Chocolate Chip Cookies will be served.

Age and Experience:
Athletes will be grouped by age and experience and must be at least 6 years of age and no older than 11 years old to be a participant in the softball school.

The Junior Total Skills School is designed for athletes who want instruction focused on total skill development and confidence in playing the game.

We invite family and friends to attend the CAMP OLYMPICS & CLOSING CEREMONY beginning at 6:15pm.
Schedule:
Tuesday July 22, 2026
1:00pm - 2:30pm Session 1
2:30pm - 2:45pm The Famous Popsicle Break
2:45pm - 4:15pm Session 2
4:15pm - 4:45pm Competitive Games
4:45pm - 5:30pm Dinner
5:30pm - 6:15pm Session 3
6:15pm - 7:00pm Camp Olympics & Closing Ceremony
All applicants must submit the following documents and payments to be accepted into the Planet Fastpitch Elaine Sortino Softball School:
Medical and Immunization History and a Current Physical (Participants must have a documented doctor's physical completed within one year of the start date of the softball school. There are no exceptions to this requirement.)

Players without the proper forms will not be permitted to participate in camp. Registration will not be confirmed until all health and liability forms are completed and received by the Planet Fastpitch Elaine Sortino Softball School.
