Summary:
This session provides instructions on the specific softball skills needed to make players ‘elite’.
​
Training sessions will be similar to those of a college pre-season.
Instruction includes hitting, bunting, base running, sliding, fielding, throwing and positional defensive play.
​
Mental training and goal setting sessions are provided.
​
Competitive events are included throughout the sessions.
​
Pitching and catching instruction will not be offered in this 2-day school. We recommend that pitchers and catchers attend this school for additional offense and defense work.

Age and Experience:
Athletes will be grouped by age and experience and must be at least 10 years of age and no older than 19 years old to be a participant in the softball school.
