Futures Program
By Denise Davis

With special assistance from
Kate Roberts.
“A 10-week condensed
replica of the highly successful
PFP Varsity School”
Denise Davis, with special arrangement with
Kate Roberts, presents
The
FUTURES Program for PITCHERS & CATCHERS.
This program will be built and implemented by Denise Davis.
The powerful and dynamic team of coaches at PFP lends to an intense and
high-energy learning environment. Just like the Varsity program, great
levels of energy and focus will be given to the students of this program.
This 10 week FUTURES Program will run an abbreviated yet
parallel curriculum to the Varsity Program.
**This is an EXCELLENT edge in the application process
to the Varsity Program.
There will be a small number of Varsity slots that will become available
with the graduation of several seniors next spring. Earning a position in
the main program will be a highly competitive event next year.
The FUTURES Program is a select program,
with students that are chosen through an application process by Denise
Davis. Students will be surrounded by high level athletes with similar work
ethics and goals. The program is constructed, implemented by Denise, Kate
and a team of other highly qualified instructors. It is a program developed
to fully train the pitchers and catchers with the presentation of physical
and mental strength and sports performance training, mechanics enhancement,
timing work, speed measurements, plate strategy, alternate pitches, fielding
position and overhand throwing, hitting and a total skills package. The
program will also include LIVE PITCHING/HITTING competition in the inner
squad challenge. Each session is 2 hours! Catchers will receive 30
minutes of additional training each week.
This program will be on the cutting edge of training
and development.
The students will be constantly monitored and well-cared for.
Who:
Only PITCHERS AND CATCHERS with serious goals and
willingness to work hard and make positive change will be accepted.
Players must be passionate about softball and becoming a well-rounded player
as well as willing to commit practice time.
